Sometimes doing nothing is the best prescription
That is why the word said most often in this room is 'not yet'. And we always tell you how we reached that judgement.

ABOUT — DEAR · ALWAYS
We treat with deliberation, and receive you with all our heart.
BRAND PHILOSOPHY
Good care begins before the treatment itself. In the first greeting as the door opens, in the voice that remembers your name, in the time set aside so you never have to wait. We believe caring for skin and receiving a guest are not two different things. As much precision in the procedure, as much grace in the welcome. Quiet preparation instead of grand promises. So that every moment you spend here becomes a memory of being received with care.

FOUNDER'S LETTER
Fellow doctors, nurses, our own staff — I often saw them go elsewhere for their own treatments. Nothing was wrong, exactly. And yet something was always missing when it came to bringing the people closest to us.
The waiting, the way names are called, the path through the rooms, and the day that follows. We have prepared this place by filling in every one of those gaps. So there is only one standard here — a clinic our own staff, and their families, would come to.

AT THE GRAND LOTTE SEOUL
It begins with the doorman's first greeting, passes through the lobby, and arrives here. What we have prepared is the time in between.
Clinic TourTHE PRINCIPLE
This is not a line to carve on a wall. It is the standard we apply when deciding whether to bring in a treatment, a device, a price, or a way of speaking.
That is why the word said most often in this room is 'not yet'. And we always tell you how we reached that judgement.
Before hurrying to fill a hollow, we look at why it hollowed. Of what the years have left behind, we first sort out what to erase and what to keep.
One photograph of you from a few years ago is enough. Hearing "you look well lately" instead of "where did you have it done?" — that, we believe, is a good result.

The Journey
The greeting at the hotel entrance is the first welcome. While you hand your car to the valet and cross the lobby, this floor finishes preparing for you.
We ask without hurrying. Telling apart what you need now from what is still too early — that is the whole of a consultation.
Only as much as needed, and precisely. It takes place under low light and quiet hands.
Even after the care is done, there is no need to hurry. You are welcome to stay for the length of a cup of tea.
We see you off until the lift doors close. And with a note the following day, the visit is complete.
THE SENSES
When you take your seat we bring tea chosen for the season, and after your care we close with a warm cup. The refreshments stay modest, and nothing is recommended over them.
The powder room holds everything from cleansing to a hair dryer, so you can leave looking just as you arrived.
The signature scent is composed to match the woody green character of the space, and tuned within the same family as the hotel's own.
THE NEXT 90 DAYS
Recovery and change happen in daily life, not in the consulting room. We count those days with you.
Next day
We ask whether anything feels uncomfortable — just a note, with nothing to recommend.
Days 2 – 14
This is when things subside. Come back any time you need us to look again.
Day 30
The change is finding its place. We record it under the same conditions as before.
Day 90
We look together at whether this decision was right, and whether a next step is needed at all.
