Please bring a photo ID on your first visit, and if you regularly take any medication (blood pressure medication, anticoagulants, hormone therapy, etc.), bringing a list will allow for a more accurate consultation. At DA Clinic Myeongdong, your first visit includes around 30–40 minutes of skin diagnosis and 1:1 consultation, during which precision analysis devices such as Eve V are used to objectively assess surface tone, pores, pigmentation, wrinkles and elasticity. If you have a history of allergies or previous treatments (filler, Botox, laser, etc.), letting us know in advance helps us build a safer treatment plan. We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before your appointment time.

Given its downtown location, DA Clinic Myeongdong has limited on-site parking, so we guide patients to nearby public and private car parks. For longer treatment sessions, we recommend using public transport to reduce parking concerns; the clinic is within walking distance of Myeongdong Station on Subway Line 4. For detailed parking information, please ask when booking or contact us online before your visit, and we will guide you to the closest car park and its operating hours. If you are visiting with a companion who has a disability, please let us know in advance so we can arrange additional assistance.

We accept cash, cards (credit and debit) and bank transfer. At DA Clinic Myeongdong, interest-free installments are available for treatments above a certain amount, and package treatments may also be paid in stages. Most aesthetic skin treatments are non-covered (out-of-pocket) items, so costs are clearly explained in a consultation before proceeding, and the Non-covered Fee Schedule is available on-site. Detailed payment information is provided during consultation, and refund policies for treatment packages are also explained in advance.

Yes. You can easily book within our operating hours via the reservation page on our website, our KakaoTalk channel, or Naver Booking. After an online booking, we will contact you for confirmation to finalise the reservation. Changes or cancellations can be made up to one day before your visit. For treatments that require prior consultation, we will provide separate guidance, and for ongoing care courses we can schedule your next session at the same time.

For first-time visitors, we recommend prioritising skin diagnosis and a thorough consultation rather than rushing into treatments. At DA Clinic Myeongdong, we first review your current skin condition as objective data using precision skin analysis, after which Dr. Kwon Si-jin personally proposes a step-by-step plan that considers treatment priorities, recovery schedule and budget together. We recommend beginning with treatments that have short downtime and a lighter burden to observe how your skin responds, then proceeding in stages. We do not push for same-day payment, so you have time to consider carefully before deciding.

Feeling tense before a first treatment is a natural response, and at DA Clinic Myeongdong we ease that concern through a pain-relief system and thorough explanation beforehand. Topical numbing cream is applied generously before all injection treatments to minimise discomfort, and laser or high-energy devices are adjusted gradually in intensity as treatment progresses. Our medical team stays close by so you can speak up at any time if you feel uncomfortable, and we explain the skin changes and recovery process before and after treatment to help you feel prepared.

If you experience unusually strong pain, widespread swelling, rash, blisters or fever after treatment, please contact DA Clinic Myeongdong immediately. During operating hours, we will assess your condition and arrange a prompt visit; outside operating hours, our message guidance will provide emergency response instructions. Vascular compression symptoms that may rarely occur after filler or Botox treatments require quick care, so it is safer to report even small changes without delay. Temporary swelling or redness right after treatment is a normal response, but if it is difficult to judge, you may send a photo and we will guide you quickly.

You are free to share photos of yourself on social media after treatment. That said, DA Clinic Myeongdong recommends sharing after swelling and redness have subsided rather than immediately post-treatment. For treatments where results settle over time, comparing changes after a certain period allows for a more accurate assessment. Photography and video within the clinic may be restricted in treatment areas to protect other patients' privacy; photos taken to record your own results can be arranged after prior agreement with the medical team.
