For 1–2 weeks, avoid opening your mouth wide, chewing hard foods, or making exaggerated facial expressions. Please postpone any dental work during this period.
For 1 week, avoid sauna and Korean sauna (jjimjilbang) / hot rooms, swimming pools, alcohol, and vigorous exercise. Light exercise is fine from the day after.
For about 1 week, sleep on your back so the treated area is not pressed against the pillow, and keep your head slightly elevated.
Bruising, swelling, and tightness may last 1–2 weeks, or up to nearly a month. Uneven skin texture gradually smooths out over 1–2 months. For 1–2 weeks, do not massage, press firmly on the face, or touch the threads.
Contact us right away if a thread becomes visible through the skin or inside the mouth, if pain, redness, or warmth progressively worsens, or if you develop pus-like discharge or fever.
Keep the entry points clean. For the first 2 days, do not wash your face vigorously—clean only as instructed.
