Weight management is a consultation that looks at your current weight and health status, along with diet, activity, sleep, and previous weight-loss attempts. Medication may be considered together with lifestyle management when appropriate, and it does not guarantee reaching a set weight in a short period of time.
Wegovy’s semaglutide and Mounjaro’s tirzepatide are different ingredients. They both affect appetite and intake control, but suitability, dosage, and precautions differ, so they are not chosen based only on price or a desired number for weight loss.

Mounjaro 2.5 mg · 5.0 mg
These are different strengths of tirzepatide. A higher strength is not chosen first simply because it is stronger; the medical team prescribes it based on your current condition and response. Both items are separate from the consultation fee.
Prescription for obesity medication
This is the prescription fee provided separately from the medication items. After confirming the medication, duration, and whether the price includes the medicine, we explain the total cost.

- Do not change the dose on your own
- Even if the effect is insufficient or your stomach feels uncomfortable, do not increase the dose or use it repeatedly on your own; please inform the prescribing clinician.
- Symptoms requiring prompt evaluation
- Severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, dehydration, symptoms that may suggest hypoglycemia, or an allergic reaction require medical evaluation.
- Lifestyle and maintenance
- We manage meals, fluids, and activity together. Weight may increase again after stopping the medication, so a maintenance plan is needed.

You may ask about the product you are interested in, but whether it can be prescribed is decided after checking your health status and suitability.
Do I not need to change my diet or exercise?
Medication is not a substitute for diet and activity. It is necessary to make a lifestyle plan that you can continue.
What if I want to stop?
Depending on the medication you are using and your progress, the method for stopping or changing it may differ. Please discuss a maintenance plan with the medical team.
Can I use it only for a short time before an event?
Rather than choosing based only on a short-term schedule, the suitability, side effects, and course after stopping should all be considered.
Can I switch directly from Wegovy to Mounjaro?
Do not overlap or switch the two medicines on your own. After reviewing recent dosing, response, and any other medications, we set the prescription plan.
