Before Treatment, Did You Have These Concerns?
“Which should I choose, Onda or Titanium?”
If it’s hard to choose by name alone, please start by telling us the area that concerns you most. Whether it is skin laxity or localized thickness is an important starting point.
Select Device
Compare Onda and Titanium.
We review the treatment area, handpiece, expected changes, and limitations together.

Onda
Location and thickness
Onda is a device that uses microwave energy. Depending on the handpiece and area, we consider different treatment purposes such as the thickness of local fat and skin laxity. It is not compared using the same criteria as the number of shots for ultrasound or radiofrequency.

Understanding the Treatment
Are you concerned about the skin or the fat?
Onda and Titanium use different energy types. Onda uses microwaves, while Titanium uses a laser-based method, so the role of each device and the area of application should be understood separately.
J and kJ are units of energy, but when the device is different, the same number does not mean the same procedure. We determine suitability based on the desired changes, such as skin laxity, localized thickness, and tone.
DA’s Treatment Plan
We look first at why the contours appear different.
DA explains each step by linking the condition of the area with the actual treatment mode.
See the Actual ProcessSeparating the causes
We check whether factors such as skin, fat, muscle, or bone are affecting your concerns and define the target area more precisely.
Connecting energy and coverage
We distinguish Onda handpieces and treatment area, and Titanium’s actual mode and purpose. We do not broadly describe device functions as effects for every area.
Checking the reason for combination treatment
When multiple procedures are suggested, we consider each goal, overlapping stimulation, total cost, and recovery burden together.
Understanding the Components
Onda and Titanium are different in method.
We do not compare two devices that use different types of energy on a single ranking scale.
Onda
It uses microwaves. Based on local volume and skin condition, we determine the handpiece, treatment area, and the 2, 4, 6, and 8 ten-thousand joule settings.
Titanium
It is a laser-based method, and we check the actual mode and treatment purpose. We also consider the included range of 40kJ, skin condition, and tanning history.
Distinguishing it from overall weight management
We do not convert the treatment amount for localized contours into weight change. If your concern is health or body weight, a separate evaluation and maintenance plan are needed.
From Your Visit to Follow-up Checks
This is how the treatment progresses.
Preparation and recovery vary depending on the selected area and method. Please also let us know about any important schedules and your previous treatment experience.
Checking the area and goal
We review the desired changes among skin laxity, thickness, and tone, as well as any previous treatment history.
Deciding on the device and settings
We explain the energy type, mode, handpiece and treatment area, as well as the expected response and cost.
Preparation and protection
We provide skin preparation and protection suited to the device, along with pain management if needed.
Application by area
Applied to the planned areas while checking contact, warmth, pain, and skin reactions.
Completion and follow-up evaluation
We explain post-care and symptoms to watch for, and check changes in volume, skin, and recovery.
What to Know Before and After Treatment
Please manage your skin like this after the procedure.
- Warmth and swelling
- Redness, warmth, swelling, and tenderness may occur. Follow the soothing and moisturizing plan according to the product composition.
- Symptoms to report
- Please let the clinic know if blisters, severe pain, pigment changes, or other symptoms occur. There are also risks such as burns and changes in skin shape.
- Next plan
- We review the immediate swelling separately from the actual changes in the skin and contour, then decide on any additional treatment.

FAQ
Questions to Ask Before Deciding.
Is Onda a radiofrequency treatment?
Onda is a device that uses microwave energy, and in this mockup it is presented separately from radiofrequency lifting.
If it is called Titanium, is it the same procedure?
You cannot know the treatment purpose or setup from the device name alone. Please confirm the mode, area, energy level, and treatment goal during the consultation.
Does the same price apply to the body?
The face and body may differ in area and treatment setup. Please check the cost for the actual area you want treated.
Are ONDA 40,000 J and Titanium 40 kJ the same?
The numbers for the energy units are the same, but the delivery method, treatment area, and purpose are different, so they cannot be considered the same treatment amount or effect.
Is it better to receive both devices together?
This is considered when different roles are needed. One treatment may be sufficient for the goal, or it may be necessary to observe recovery first.
Results and recovery vary by individual, and all procedures carry a risk of side effects.
